About This Blog

I have been working on our family tree for years now and in the past year came up with this idea to scrapbook it. A scrapbook tells more of a story than just the names and dates that can be quite monotonous with any family tree. Everyone can start to blend together with a family as large as ours. When you see their faces and hear thier stories they become real. I have fallen more in love with my family, the ones I know and the ones that have passed on before I was even born. Some of the stories I have heard along the way are just too good not to share with the rest of the family. I created this blog to share what I have learned. You too can share your thoughts and stories. I am hoping that this will be as fulfilling for everyone else and it has been for me so far.

Contributing To Our Family

Any contribution to the research and develpment of our family tree would be greatly appreciated. I would like to continue the subscription to Ancestry.com which allows me to search databases for other family members and records. Each record I find and subsequently purchase is a wealth of information to our family. These records find new family members, unknown names, dates, marriages, etc. Thank you for your support.
